Thanks to Apple and Adobe, the Flash video player and Flash streaming server (FMSS3) can now work with H.264 encoded MP4 video.
 
The iPhone has no Flash streaming support but, as the BBC have pioneered with their iPlayer for the iPhone, full screen high-quality H.264 MP4 video is the way to go for delivering video to the iPhone.
